Design for Cyber Security

01  Project Brief

IOActive is a cyber security industry leader and famous for their risky/bold experiments and research. They needed a website that can represent them as the industry leader but also show their edgy and bold side to attract the top talents in the field. 

02  My Role

I was the lead designer and responsible for producing all major deliverables and presenting them to the client. I also worked with other designers to develop multiple mood-boards in the beginning of the project.

03  Pain Points

The design was outdated and didn't represent the company

04  Approach

IOActive is famous for their unique studies and research, I decided to take an unconventional approach to the layout of the website by using a dark theme with overlapping layers and smooth animations. It created a futuristic look that is powerful and innovative.
